Sketch to Render

Concept animation for a property, designed to showcase how a development could be presented in marketing materials. The piece transitions from a hand-drawn architectural sketch into a fully rendered visualisation of the building and surrounding landscape — creating a "vision becoming reality" effect across three different properties. Created in After Effects using compositing, masking, and motion design techniques to blend illustration with photorealistic renders.
